Mint Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

- 1 peppermint tea bag
- 1/4 cup water, hot
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup soy yogurt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons flax seed oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons organic dark chocolate chips
Recipe
- 1 steep mint tea in hot water for 5 minutes, squeeze remaining from tea bag and discard.
- 2 add ice to tea. combine all ingredients in blender. blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
- 3 transfer to a tall glass and serve.
