Mint Chocolate Shake

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1 peppermint tea bag
  • 1/4 cup water, hot
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt or 1/2 cup soy yogurt
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons flax seed oil
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons organic dark chocolate chips

Recipe

  • 1 steep mint tea in hot water for 5 minutes, squeeze remaining from tea bag and discard.
  • 2 add ice to tea. combine all ingredients in blender. blend on high until mixture is smooth and creamy.
  • 3 transfer to a tall glass and serve.
