Ingredients
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 1 melt chocolate and butter with condensed milk and water.
