Sue Nutty Fudge Bars

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 1/3 cups vanilla protein powder
  • 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate square
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 ounce chopped walnuts
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon natural-style peanut butter or 1 teaspoon no-sugar-added peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, and chocolate. mix well.
  • 2 add splenda and vanilla, mix well again.
  • 3 now add nuts and portein powder and mix. mix well so that the powder dissolves into the mixture.
  • 4 place in baking pan, flatten and refrigerate, a rectangle casserole dish works well here.
  • 5 cut into 8 bars.
