Sue Nutty Fudge Bars

Ingredients

- 2 1/3 cups vanilla protein powder
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate square
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1 ounce chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon natural-style peanut butter or 1 teaspoon no-sugar-added peanut butter
- 1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 melt butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, and chocolate. mix well.
- 2 add splenda and vanilla, mix well again.
- 3 now add nuts and portein powder and mix. mix well so that the powder dissolves into the mixture.
- 4 place in baking pan, flatten and refrigerate, a rectangle casserole dish works well here.
- 5 cut into 8 bars.
