Semisweet Chip Rocky Road Frosting

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
  • 3/4 cup miniature marshmallow

Recipe

  • 1 place the sugar, butter, and milk in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a boil, 3 to 4 minutes.
