- 0.5 (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup tightly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg, at room temperature
- 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup toffee pieces
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients except chocolate chips and toffee bits, add them last.
