Sue's Fudge Sundae Pie

Ingredients

- 3 tablespoons butter or 3 tablespoons margarine
- 1/4 cup corn syrup
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups cereal (rice krispies)
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup hot fudge topping
- 3 tablespoons corn syrup
- vanilla ice cream
Recipe
- 1 bring the butter, 1/4 cup corn syrup, and brown sugar to a boil.
- 2 remove from heat; add 2 1/2 cups rice krispies and mix well.
- 3 press into a 9 inch pie plate.
- 4 freeze until set.
- 5 mix the peanut butter, hot fudge topping, and 3 tbsp corn syrup together.
- 6 spread half of this mixture over the rice krispies crust. freeze until set.
- 7 fill shell with vanilla ice cream and drizzle the remaining sauce over the top.
- 8 freeze until serving.
- 9 set out 10 minutes before serving and use a hot knife to cut.
