Pecan Roca

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb butter
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups pecans
  • semisweet chocolate piece, melted

Recipe

  • 1 slow melt butter and sugar then turn heat to "high" once melted, constantly stirring until light brown in colour.
  • 2 add pecans; stir and cook until desired colour.
  • 3 spread on well-greased baking sheet to cool.
