Orange Truffle Cups

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 tablespoons butter
  • 2/3 cup sifted confectioners' sugar
  • 3 semi-sweet chocolate baking squares, melted and cooled
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 -2 tablespoon orange liqueur
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange rind

Recipe

  • 1 cream butter and gradually add sugar, blending well.
  • 2 stir in chocolate, orange liqueur, orange rind and vanilla.
  • 3 spoon or pipe mixture into chocolate paper cups.
  • 4 chill.
