Secret Ingredient Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/2 cup butter flavor shortening
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 7 ounces marshmallow creme
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 soften butter and shortening in microwave. combine with sugar, marshmallow, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. add egg and beat well.
• 2 slowly add flour 1/2 c at a time to mixture. mix well. stir in chips by hand.
• 3 refrigerate overnight.
• 4 preheat oven to 375. make rounded 1-2 t balls - then press lightly on cookie sheet to flatten.
• 5 bake 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
