Swiss Chocolate Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 3 -4 scoops vanilla ice cream (a bowl full, approx.3-4 scoops)
  • 1/4 cup hot fudge (i use hot hershey's chocolate)
  • 1/4 cup milk (whatever kind)
  • 1 teaspoon swiss miss mix (any kind of powdered hot chocolate mix is fine)

Recipe

  • 1 in blender, scoop out ice cream.
  • 2 heat hot fudge in a microwave-safe bowl, covered, for 20-35 sec.
  • 3 pour hot fudge, milk, and mix in blender.
  • 4 make as chunky or as smooth as you want.
  • 5 now you have two options.
  • 6 you could pour and serve cold, or, heat it in the microwave for 45-60 seconds .
  • 7 either way is delicious!

S'more Browie Bites

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
  • 1 1/4 cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs, at room temperature
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup quinoa flour (available at health food stores)
  • 3/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs or 4 large graham crackers, finely crushed

Recipe

  • 1 place an oven rack in the center of the oven. preheat the oven to 350 degrees f. line a 24-count mini-muffin pan with paper liners.
  • 2 heat the butter in a small saucepan over low heat. remove the pan from the heat and add 3/4 cup of the mini chocolate chips. stir until the chocolate is melted and the mixture is smooth. transfer the mixture to a medium bowl. stir in the sugar, eggs and vanilla. gradually beat in the flour until the mixture is thick and smooth. stir in the remaining 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips.
  • 3 using a small cookie scoop, fill each paper liner with about 2 heaping tablespoons of batter. push 3 mini marshmallows halfway down into the center of the batter. sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon of the graham cracker crumbs over the marshmallows. bake until the marshmallows are puffed and light golden, 10 to 12 minutes. cool for 20 minutes and serve.

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 10 ounces graham crackers, broken into large pieces
  • 1 (10 ounce) bag marshmallows
  • 8 hershey chocolate candy bars, broken into small pieces

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350°f grease a 9x13 baking pan.
  • 2 combine flour, baking soda and salt in a large mixing bowl. set aside.
  • 3 in a stand mixer (or handheld), cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy. add eggs one at a time and mix over low-medium speed just until incorporated.
  • 4 add vanilla and mix over low-medium speed for another minute. add flour mixture slowly and mix just until incorporated.
  • 5 by hand, fold in graham crackers, marshmallows and chocolate.
  • 6 press into greased baking pan. bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 7 allow the bars to cool in the fridge before serving. store bars in the refrigerator.

Oh Henry Bars

Ingredients

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup crisco
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 4 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 cream butter, crisco, sugar and brown sugar. once mixed, add oatmeal and mix again.
  • 3 spray a 9 by 13 inch pan with non-stick cooking spray and press the oatmeal mix into the pan.
  • 4 bake for 12-15 minutes or until top is golden brown.
  • 5 melt chocolate chips. add peanut butter and mix well.
  • 6 spread chocolate - peanut butter mix over warm oatmeal bars.

  • 3 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 refrigerated 9-inch pie shell
  • 2 1/4 lbs peaches, peeled and sliced or 2 (16 ounce) packages frozen sliced peaches, thawed

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, grated and peeled
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons seedless raspberry jam, melted
  • 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 5 tablespoons butter, melted
  • chocolate raspberry truffle ice cream (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 375 degrees f.
  • 2 line baking sheet with foil; place on rack in lower third of oven.
  • 3 line 9-inch pie pan with dough; flute edges.
  • 4 toss peaches with 1/2 cup sugar, 1/4 cup flour and the ginger; spread in crust.

  • 4 1/2 cups mini marshmallows, divided

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees f. grease a 9×13 inch baking dish and set aside.
  • 2 in the bowl of your stand mixer, combine the sugar and 1/2 cup butter until light and fluffy, about 3 minutes. add the vanilla and egg, scraping down the side as needed. mix in the graham cracker crumbs, flour, and salt.
  • 3 set aside 1 1/2 cups of the graham cracker mixture for later. using your hands or the bottom of a glass, press the rest of the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of the prepared dish.
  • 4 in a small nonreactive saucepan, melt 3 cups of the marshmallows with the remaining 1 1/2 tbs butter. quickly spread the melted marshmallows over the graham cracker layer. sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the layers and toss the remaining 1 1/2 cups marshmallows on top. press bits of the remaining graham cracker mixture in the palms of your hands and scatter them over top of the marshmallows and chocolate chips, pressing lightly.

Swan Terrace Chocolate Beggar's Purses With Raspberries

  • 1/2 lb ganache or 4 chocolate truffles

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 450°f.
  • 2 brush filo sheets with melted butter, repeat until you have 2 stacks, each one with 4 sheets of buttered filo dough.
  • 3 cut each stack in half so you now have 4 stacks.
  • 4 place a piece of chocolate cake sprinkled with grand marnier in the center of each stack.
  • 5 place a ganache ball on top of each cake circle.
  • 6 next, divide one pint of raspberries on top of the four ganache balls.

  • 1 cream butter and sugar.

Ingredients

  • Servings: 20
  • 2 (600 ml) cartons cream
  • 2 (400 g) cans sweetened condensed milk
  • 250 g peppermint crisp candy bars (or confectionary of your choice)
  • food coloring
  • 100 g plaistowe dark cooking chocolate (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 line a square cake tin of desired size with plastic wrap.
  • 2 beat 1 carton of cream with 1 tin of condensed milk until the consistency of whipped cream.
  • 3 if making chocolate ice cream melt 100 gm dark cooking chocolate and add to mixture after cooling slightly.
  • 4 spread evenly into the tin and place in the freezer.
  • 5 m,eanwhile beat the other carton of cream and condensed milk to the same consistency.
  • 6 add crushed peppermint crisps or desired confectionary.
  • 7 colour with food colouring until desired colour is reached.
  • 8 carefully spread over previous mix.
  • 9 press more plastic wrap gently onto top of mix (this stops it from going "icy").
  • 10 freeze over night until firm.
  • 11 to serve, remove from tin by turning up on desired serving dish, decorate as desired.

  • 1 (5/8 ounce) packet no-sugar-added hot chocolate mix
  • 4 ounces warm water
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free chocolate syrup

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups creamy peanut butter (i always use jiff)
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar (powdered)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (use only pure, not imitation)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup vegetable shortening (or 1 butter flavored shortening stick)
  • toothpick
  • wax paper

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, mix together peanut butter, butter, powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • 2 shape mixture into 1 inch balls, inserting 1 toothpick in top center.
  • 3 refrigerate balls for at least 2 hours.
  • 4 over low heat, melt shortening with chocolate chips until smooth.
  • 5 dip each peanut butter ball into chocolate leaving small uncoated top area (resembling a buckeye).
  • 6 cool on wax paper and refrigerate (or freeze) for additional 2 hours before serving.

  • 2 press remaining mixture into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. place candy bars over crust; spread with marshmallow creme. crumble remaining graham cracker mixture over top. note: to easily remove marshmallow creme from a jar, place the jar in a pan of very hot water. repeat this once or twice, and then spoon out the creme with a wooden spoon.
  • 3 bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. cool on a wire rack. cut into bars. store in an airtight container.

  • 9 whole graham crackers
  • 3 (1 1/2 ounce) milk chocolate candy bars

  • 1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, cut-up

Recipe

  • 1 heat broiler.
  • 2 break graham crackers into squares (you should have 18 squares), and place on a baking sheet.
  • 3 layer chocolate bars on six of the graham crackers; cover the remaining crackers with marshmallows.

  • 1 stir the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar together in a mixing bowl.

  • 1 line a 13x9-inch pan with foil so the ends of the foil extend over the sides. arrange the grahams on bottom of pan. cut as needed to completely line the bottom. set aside.
  • 2 in a microwave safe bowl, melt the semi-sweet chocolate and peanut butter on high 1 1/2 to 2 min, stir every 30 seconds until chocolate is completely melted.
  • 3 pour over the grahams. use a spatula to spread evenly over the crackers.

Susie's Mounds Bars

  • 2 2/3 cups shredded coconut (packed)

Recipe

  • 1 mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar and melted butter, spread evenly into the bottom of a 13x9 pan; bake 8-10 minutes at 350°f.
  • 2 combine coconut and condensed milk.
  • 3 spread on top of graham cracker layer ( it's easier to spread if you use your pinkies).
  • 4 bake 12-15 minutes at 350°f.

Recipe

  • 1 combine milk and pudding mix and place into greased 13×9 baking dish
  • 2 place graham crackers (broken in half) on top of pudding mixture with space in between each one

  • 4 spread dry cake mix over top and place the butter by tablespoons on top of dry mixture.

  • 1 pinch salt
  • graham cracker, crushed (for lining rim)
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to low broil and move oven rack to the second from the top (high enough up to broil your marshmallows). place baking sheet on rack.
  • 2 heat milk and water in a saucepan over medium heat until warmed through – about 5 minutes. be careful not to overheat or scald.
  • 3 add cocoa powder, chocolate syrup, sugar, stevia and salt and whisk vigorously until thoroughly combined.
  • 4 meanwhile, take a few marshmallows and rub them around the top of your mugs so the graham crackers will stick. then, dip mug in graham cracker crumbs until well lined. you could also add some graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of your mug for extra graham flavor.
  • 5 pour in hot chocolate and top with 1/4 cup marshmallows each. carefully set mugs on the baking sheet in the oven and broil marshmallows until browned, watching carefully as to not let them burn.

  • 1 (12 ounce) box golden grahams cereal
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag mini marshmallows
  • 12 ounces chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 3 cups powdered sugar

Recipe

  • 1 in a microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. melt in microwave (in my microwave this was 2 minutes on 60% power).
  • 2 while chocolate mix is melting, put cereal and marshmallows in a large bowl.
  • 3 after chocolate is melted, pour over cereal and marshmallows and stir to coat.
  • 4 place powdered sugar in a large resealable bag (or 2 if you don't have the extra large ones). pour in chocolate coated cereal. shake everything together until coated. you may need to use more or less powdered sugar.

Strawberry-orange Pops Or Look Like Watermelon Wedges

Ingredients

  • 2 cups orange juice
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup frozen whole strawberries, thawed
  • lime (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 stir the orange juice and yogurt together.
  • 2 process the strawberries in a blender or food processor until smooth, stopping to scrape down sides. stir into the juice mixture. spoon mixture evenly into 12(3 oz.) plastic pop molds; insert plastic pop sticks, freeze 8 hours.
  • 3 if you desire, you could place 12(3 oz.) paper cups in a muffin pan. spoon mixture evenly into cups. freeze 30 minutes; insert a stick in the center of each. freeze 8 hours. peel off cups.
  • 4 to make look like watermelon wedges:.
  • 5 hollow out lime halves, leaving riinds intact. spoon pop mixture into lime rinds. sprinkle with semisweet chocolate mini morsels(to look like seeds), and freeze 8 hours. cut frozen lime halves in half with a bread knife to make wedges.
