Pancakes

Total Time: 10 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 3/4 teaspoons double-acting baking powder
  • 1 -2 slightly beaten egg
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 -1 1/4 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 stir dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
  • 2 mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients. (stir to incorporate, do not beat, a little lumpy is okay.).
  • 3 let bubbles form on top.
  • 4 cook on preheated griddle/frying pan with a little oil in the pan on medium heat.
  • 5 after bubbles form on top, turn once.
  • 6 (add fruit of your choice i.e. blueberries, strawberries, bananas, or chocolate chips mmmmm).
  • 7 *prep & cooking times are approximate.
