Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 3/4 teaspoons double-acting baking powder
- 1 -2 slightly beaten egg
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 -1 1/4 cup milk
Recipe
- 1 stir dry ingredients in mixing bowl.
- 2 mix the liquid ingredients quickly into the dry ingredients. (stir to incorporate, do not beat, a little lumpy is okay.).
- 3 let bubbles form on top.
- 4 cook on preheated griddle/frying pan with a little oil in the pan on medium heat.
- 5 after bubbles form on top, turn once.
- 6 (add fruit of your choice i.e. blueberries, strawberries, bananas, or chocolate chips mmmmm).
