Rich Hot Fudge Cake

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 cup flour
• 3/4 cup sugar
• 6 tablespoons cocoa, divided
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 cup milk
• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1 3/4 cups hot water

Recipe

• 1 combine flour, sugar, 2 t cocoa, baking powder, and salt; stir in milk, oil, and vanilla until smooth.
• 2 spread in an ungreased 9" square pan.
• 3 combine brown sugar and remaining 4 t cocoa; sprinkle over batter.
• 4 pour hot water over all; do not stir.
• 5 bake@ 350 for 35-40 min.
• 6 serve warm or cold with vanilla ice cream.
