Ingredients
- 1/2 lb butter
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup strong cold coffee (instant)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup cocoa
- 4 cups quick-cooking oats, uncooked
Recipe
- 1 cream butter and sugar.
- 2 blend in eggs.
- 3 add coffee, vanilla, and cocoa.
- 4 mix.
- 5 add oats and mix well.
- 6 chill 1 to 2 hours.
- 7 shape into one-inch balls.
- 8 roll in sugar.
- 9 store in air tight container.
- 10 keep refrigerated.
