- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons dark unsweetened cocoa
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 stir sugar and cocoa over medium heat, until sugar's hot, but not melted. add the butter and mix until dissolved.
- 2 add the evaporated milk and stir until boiling well.
- 3 turn off heat and add salt and vanilla, stirring well to combine.
