Helen's Hot Fudge Sauce

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
  • 1/2 cup butter (do not use margarine)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 12 ounces evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

  • 1 * melt the butter and chocolate until blended.
  • 2 * stir in the sugar slowly until completely mixed.
  • 3 * add milk s-l-o-w-l-y, stirring constantly.
  • 4 * add in vanilla – make sure all is blended.
  • 5 * allow t0 cool slightly. put in 2 pint jars.
  • 6 * enjoy!
