Ingredients
- 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
- 1/2 cup butter (do not use margarine)
- 2 cups sugar
- 12 ounces evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Recipe
- 1 * melt the butter and chocolate until blended.
- 2 * stir in the sugar slowly until completely mixed.
- 3 * add milk s-l-o-w-l-y, stirring constantly.
- 4 * add in vanilla – make sure all is blended.
- 5 * allow t0 cool slightly. put in 2 pint jars.
- 6 * enjoy!
