- 6 small shortcakes (mini)
- 12 oreo cookies
- 2 cups sliced strawberries
- whipped cream or cool whip
- chocolate shavings (optional)
Recipe
- 1 place mini shortcakes on separate plates.
- 2 crumble 2 oreo cookies on top of each shortcake.
- 3 top with strawberries.
- 4 add whipped cream or cool whip.
- 5 add a few more strawberries.
- 6 top with chocolate shavings.
- 7 serve immediately.
