Pot-de-chocolat (by Peg Bracken)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate bit
  • 1 cup light cream, scalded
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons brandy (or rum)

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients in the blender and turn the switch to high speed. blend it till the racket stops. pour into small containers and chill three hours before serving.
