Sauerkraut Cake

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup shortening
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 3 eggs
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2/3 cup sauerkraut
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 cream shortening and sugar.
- 2 add eggs.
- 3 add dry ingredients with water.
- 4 add drained and chopped sauerkraut.
- 5 bake in 9x13 greased and floured baking pan at 350 degrees for 30 min.
- 6 good with a chocolate frosting.
