Ingredients

- 6 -8 bananas
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups splenda granular
- 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- chocolate chips (optional)
Recipe
- 1 melt butter.
- 2 moosh bananas in the butter.
- 3 stir all ingredients together.
- 4 bake in 2 greased loaf pans or in 24 papered muffin cups.
- 5 bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes for muffins or 50-55 minutes for bread, until tests done.
