Sugar Free Banana Bread (muffins)

Total Time: 28 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 24
  • 6 -8 bananas
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups splenda granular
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • chocolate chips (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter.
  • 2 moosh bananas in the butter.
  • 3 stir all ingredients together.
  • 4 bake in 2 greased loaf pans or in 24 papered muffin cups.
  • 5 bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes for muffins or 50-55 minutes for bread, until tests done.
