Stacey's Butterscotch Cookies

Ingredients

• 3/4 cup shortening
• 1 cup dark brown sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 1/4 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 1/4 cups flour
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 1/2 cups butterscotch chips

Recipe

• 1 cream shortening and sugars together til fluffy, add egg, vanilla blend well, add flour, gram crumbs and baking soda, stir until all is moist.add chips and stir, drop onto ungreased cookie sheets and bake for 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees. you can also use any flavor chip, my brother likes chocolate chips with some mini marshmallows added in (taste like a smore) these cookies are easy to mix (not overly stiff and taste super yummy.
