• 115 g butter
• 300 g caster sugar
• 5 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 70 g flour
• 70 g cocoa
• 230 g dark chocolate, melted

Recipe

• 1 preheat your oven to 160 degrees celsius.
• 2 mix the butter and sugar together until fluffy, then add vanilla.
• 3 gradually beat in the eggs.
• 4 sift the flour and cocoa powder into the mixture.
• 5 finally stir in the melted chocolate.
• 6 pour the mixture into a greased and lined baking tray and place in the oven at 160c for 20 minutes.
• 7 once cool, cut the brownies into individual portions and dust with icing sugar.
