Peppermint Bark

Ingredients

- 2 lbs chocolate
- 30 small candy canes
Recipe
- 1 line a large jelly roll pan with heavy duty foil.
- 2 place chocolate in a microwave proof bowl. heat in microwave on medium for 5-6 minutes. stir occasionally, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
- 3 place candy canes in a plastic bag. using a mallet or rolling pin, break the candy into chunks.
- 4 stir peppermint into melted chocolate.
- 5 spread evenly in pan and chill until set.
- 6 now for the fun! break into pieces by slamming pan.
- 7 enjoy!
