Peppermint Bark

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 30
  • 2 lbs chocolate
  • 30 small candy canes

Recipe

  • 1 line a large jelly roll pan with heavy duty foil.
  • 2 place chocolate in a microwave proof bowl. heat in microwave on medium for 5-6 minutes. stir occasionally, until chocolate is melted and smooth.
  • 3 place candy canes in a plastic bag. using a mallet or rolling pin, break the candy into chunks.
  • 4 stir peppermint into melted chocolate.
  • 5 spread evenly in pan and chill until set.
  • 6 now for the fun! break into pieces by slamming pan.
  • 7 enjoy!
