Rocky Road Fudge

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup broken walnuts or 3/4 cup pecans

Recipe

  • 1 grease an 8" square pan with butter or margarine.
  • 2 put chocolate pieces in top of double boiler and heat slowly until chocolate is melted.
  • 3 when chocolate is melted add marshmallows and nuts, stir until well blended.
  • 4 pour into greased pan, spread evenly.
  • 5 let cool, cut into desired size/shape pieces.
  • 6 eat!
