Raspberry Chocolate Trifle

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 package instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 frozen pound cake, thawed
  • 2 cups fresh raspberries
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • whipped topping

Recipe

  • 1 mix pudding and milk as pkg directs, chill.
  • 2 cut cake into 1 inch cubes.
  • 3 put half the cubes in a 2qt glass bowl.
  • 4 gently stir together raspberries and jam.
  • 5 spoon half over cake cubes.
  • 6 pour half the pudding over the raspberries.
  • 7 do the layers again.
  • 8 chill until ready to serve, serve with whipped topping.
