Orange-cocoa Cream Cheese Frosting

Ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup butter, softened
• 1/4 cup cocoa
• 1 teaspoon orange extract
• 3 3/4 cups powdered sugar
• 1 -2 tablespoon orange juice or 1 -2 tablespoon orange liqueur

Recipe

• 1 cream together cream cheese and butter until fluffy.
• 2 add cocoa, extract, powdered sugar and 1 tbs liquid. beat together, adding additional liquid as necessary until desired consistency and well combined.
• 3 beat at medium speed for another 2 minutes, or until fluffy.
