Minnie Mouse Frosting

Ingredients

• Servings: 20
• 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate squares
• 1 (14 ounce) can condensed milk
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 in a heavy sauce pan over medium heat, melt chocolate, condensed milk and salt.
• 2 cook and stir until chocolate melts and mixture is thickened.
• 3 remove from heat.
• 4 stir in water.
• 5 cool.
• 6 stir in vanilla extract.
• 7 makes enough frosting to frost a 2 layer cake.
• 8 also good on cupcakes.
