Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons self raising flour
- 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
- 3 tablespoons cocoa
- 3 tablespoons skim milk
- 3 tablespoons low-fat vanilla yogurt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a large mug.
