Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups cold strong coffee
- 1 1/4 cups chocolate ice cream (can use more)
- 1/4 cup chocolate syrup
- sugar (to taste) (optional)
- 2 cups crushed ice, divided (about 1 cup for each glass, or use as much as desired)
- whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 in a blender combine coffee with ice cream and chocolate syrup; blend until smooth.
- 2 add in sugar (if using) and blend slightly until combined.
- 3 place about 1 cup crushed ice in two large tall glasses.
- 4 divide the mixture into the glasses.
- 5 top with a dollup of whipped cream.
