Stack Pudding

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 15
  • 1 cup plain flour
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup softened margarine
  • 8 ounces softened cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup cool whip (from 12 oz container)
  • 2 (3 1/2 ounce) boxes milk chocolate pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 3 1/2 cups cool whip (remainder from 12 oz container)
  • chopped pecans
  • chocolate curls

Recipe

  • 1 layer 1.
  • 2 mix ingredients together and press into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • 3 bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
  • 4 let cool completely.
  • 5 layer 2.
  • 6 mix ingredients together and pour over layer 1.
  • 7 layer 3.
  • 8 mix ingredients together and pour over layer 2.
  • 9 layer 4.
  • 10 spread cool whip over layer 3.
  • 11 garnish with pecans and/or chocolate curls.
  • 12 to make chocolate curls--chill chocolate candy bar and"shave" with a vegetable peeler.
  • 13 chill.
  • 14 {ihave made this with walnuts in the crust and used butterscotch pudding-- it's all good!
