Sour Cream Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup butter
• 3 cups sugar
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups sour cream
• 5 1/2 cups flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons vanilla

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and sugar together.
• 2 add rest of ingredients; mix well.
• 3 chill overnight. at least 6-8 hours.
• 4 drop by spoonfuls on a greased baking sheet. bake at 400°f for 8-10 minutes or until rim is lightly browned. do not over bake.
• 5 cool and frost with you favorite buttercream frosting. try chocolate, lemon, or orange buttercream for a variation.
