Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 1 cup sauerkraut, drained, chopped
- 12 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 4 cups sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 10 ounces miniature marshmallows
Recipe
- 1 boil sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk to soft boil stage.(234*).
- 2 add chocolate chips and vanilla and stir till chips are melted.
- 3 beat in marshmallows and kraut(kraut must be well rinsed and drained.almost dry.).
- 4 beat till thoroughly combined.and pour into buttered pans to set.
- 5 cool and cut into squares.
