Rocky Road Fudge

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 (16 ounce) can chocolate fudge frosting
  • 1 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3/4 cup chopped mixed nuts or 3/4 cup chopped walnuts

Recipe

  • 1 line an 8-inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges.
  • 2 lightly butter foil.
  • 3 melt chips in large saucepan over very low heat, stirring until smooth.
  • 4 remove from heat; stir in frosting.
  • 5 add marshmallows and mixed nuts (or chopped walnuts, if using); mix until well coated. spread in buttered foil-lined pan.
  • 6 refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  • 7 remove fudge from pan by lifting foil; remove foil from fudge.
  • 8 cut into squares.
