- 6 ounces double shot espresso
- 14 ounces mint chocolate chip ice cream
- whipped cream
Recipe
- 1 pour double shot of hot espresso in blender add 4 scoops of mint chocolate chip ice cream.
- 2 blend until all ice cream is desolved.
- 3 pour into 16oz glass.
- 4 top with whip cream.
