Karen's Power Bars

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1 cup hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredient together.
  • 2 pat into a lined 8 x 12 inch tin.
  • 3 chill for 4 hours.
  • 4 cut into 40 squares.
  • 5 store in a tin.
