Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1/2 cup creme de menthe
- 1/4 cup irish cream
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a blender.
- 2 blend on high for one minute until smooth.
- 3 pour into 8 wine glasses, cover and freeze.
- 4 garnish with whip cream, cool whip or chocolate shavings if desired.
