High Protein Hot Chocolate

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup dutch process cocoa (european style)
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 8 packets equal sugar substitute or 8 packets splenda sugar substitute

Recipe

  • 1 shake everything up in a 1 gal zip lock bag.
  • 2 put two rounded tablespoons in a mug.
  • 3 add just enough water to make a thin smooth paste, stir until smooth.
  • 4 add a dash of vanilla extract if desired.
  • 5 fill mug with hot water, (boiling not necessary).
  • 6 stir and enjoy.
