High Protein Hot Chocolate

Ingredients
- 1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
- 1 1/2 cups vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup dutch process cocoa (european style)
- 2 pinches salt
- 8 packets equal sugar substitute or 8 packets splenda sugar substitute
Recipe
- 1 shake everything up in a 1 gal zip lock bag.
- 2 put two rounded tablespoons in a mug.
- 3 add just enough water to make a thin smooth paste, stir until smooth.
- 4 add a dash of vanilla extract if desired.
- 5 fill mug with hot water, (boiling not necessary).
- 6 stir and enjoy.
