Spiced Up Low Cal Hot Chocolate

Total Time: 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon splenda sugar substitute
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 1. warm milk to just before boiling.
  • 2 2. mix in the above ingredients seperately.
  • 3 3. add the milk slowly until dissolved.
