- 3 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 22 ritz crackers, rolled fine
Recipe
- 1 beat egg whites until stiff.
- 2 fold in other ingredients.
- 3 spread in pie plate and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
- 4 top with whipped cream.
- 5 sprinkle with shaved unsweetened chocolate if desired.
