Rocky Road Popcorn Truffles

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 1 cup popped popcorn
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup salted peanuts
- 1 lb semisweet baking chocolate
Recipe
- 1 spray a 12 hole mini-muffin pan with pan sray to coat lightly.
- 2 divide the mix of popcorn,marshmallows & peanuts equally among the muffin cups.
- 3 melt the chocolate until it's nice & smooth.
- 4 pour the chocolate over the mix in the muffin tins, pour carefully filling each to the top.
- 5 tap the pan on the counter top to get out the air bubbles.
- 6 refrigerate till fully set. unmold, & don't forget to share! prep time does not include cooling time.
