Rocky Road Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons light corn syrup
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1/8 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup miniature marshmallow
• 1/4 cup chopped toasted walnuts

Recipe

• 1 combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
• 2 boil for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
• 3 remove pan from heat and cool to lukewarm.
• 4 stir in vanilla extract.
• 5 stir in marshmallows and nuts.
• 6 serve lukewarm or cold.
