Ricotta Protein Bars

Ingredients

- 1 unsweetened chocolate square
- 1/3 cup peanut butter, plus
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 2 scoops protein powder (i use the ids chocolate)
- 1/3 cup ricotta cheese
Recipe
- 1 melt together in the microwave chocolate, peanut butter.
- 2 stir in splenda, protein powder, ricotta cheese.
- 3 mix well and shape into a round flat disc about 6 inches across. cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill until hardened.
- 4 cut into 12 pie shaped wedges.
