Ricotta Protein Bars

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 1 unsweetened chocolate square
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter, plus
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup splenda granular, sugar substitute
  • 2 scoops protein powder (i use the ids chocolate)
  • 1/3 cup ricotta cheese

Recipe

  • 1 melt together in the microwave chocolate, peanut butter.
  • 2 stir in splenda, protein powder, ricotta cheese.
  • 3 mix well and shape into a round flat disc about 6 inches across. cover tightly with plastic wrap and chill until hardened.
  • 4 cut into 12 pie shaped wedges.
