Raspberry Almond Pie

Ingredients

- 1 (8 inch) chocolate crumb crusts
- 1 cup raspberry jam
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup ground almonds
Recipe
- 1 spread jam in the pie crust.
- 2 cream the butter and sugar together.
- 3 add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
- 4 stir in the almonds.
- 5 pour the batter over the jam.
- 6 bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or until delicately browned.
