Raspberry Almond Pie

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 (8 inch) chocolate crumb crusts
  • 1 cup raspberry jam
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds

Recipe

  • 1 spread jam in the pie crust.
  • 2 cream the butter and sugar together.
  • 3 add the eggs one at a time, beating after each addition.
  • 4 stir in the almonds.
  • 5 pour the batter over the jam.
  • 6 bake in a 350 oven for 45 minutes or until delicately browned.
