Pecan Truffles

Ingredients

• Servings: 24
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/4 cup butter
• 2 eggs
• 10 ounces chocolate chips
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 pre rolled pie crust

Recipe

• 1 note: all ingredients must be at room temperature.
• 2 mix first 5 ingredients together.
• 3 unroll pie crust and cut into small rounds.
• 4 place in bottom of mini muffin pan.
• 5 put 1 teaspoons pecan and sugar mixture on each.
• 6 bake at 350°f for 30 minutes.
