Lois' Luscious Layered Fudge

Ingredients
- 12 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 (1 ounce) package milk chocolate chips
- 1 (1 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
Recipe
- 1 note: read all directions before making the fudge.
- 2 in saucepan, over low heat, melt semi-sweet chocolate chips w/ 2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp cream, and 1 tsp vanilla.
- 3 remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
- 4 spread evenly into foil lined 9-in sq pan.
- 5 in another saucepan, over low heat, melt milk chocolate chips w/ remaining sweetened condensed milk, 1 tbsp cream and 1 tsp vanilla.
- 6 remove from heat; stir in 1/2 cup nuts.
- 7 spread over fudge in pan.
- 8 chill 2 hours.
- 9 turn onto cutting board; peel off foil and cut into squares.
- 10 store loosely covered @ room temperature (or eat it all now)!
