Sour Cream Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup salad oil
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 cups brown sugar
• 4 eggs, beaten
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 3/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tablespoons vanilla
• 6 cups flour
• 2 cups chocolate chips

Recipe

• 1 combine sour cream, salad oil, sugar and brown sugar.
• 2 mix well.
• 3 add beaten eggs and vanilla.
• 4 mix baking soda and salt into some of the flour.
• 5 add this flour mixture to wet ingredients.
• 6 then add remainder of flour, a cup at a time.
• 7 blend thoroughly after each addition.
• 8 drop by teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
• 9 bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 8-10 minutes.
• 10 store in an air-tight container.
