Mint Truffles

Ingredients

• 1 cup margarine
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 4 milk chocolate squares, melted
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 cream butter and sugar.
• 2 add the rest of the ingredients and beat well.
• 3 fill into candy liners.
• 4 chill.
