Perfect Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter, softened
• 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 in a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed cream butter and chocolate until smooth.
• 2 on low speed gradually add powdered sugar alternating with milk, adding more if needed, until at desired consistency. add vanilla and beat until smooth and creamy.
