Ingredients

- 2 (16 ounce) cans pear halves
- 8 ounces semisweet chocolate
- 1 ounce unsweetened chocolate
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, ch illed
Recipe
- 1 drain pears, reserving syrup.
- 2 melt chocolates with 4 tablespoons pear syrup.
- 3 let chocolate syrup cool.
- 4 whip cream with sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
