Plain Melt 'n' Mix Cake

Ingredients

• 2 1/4 cups self raising flour
• 1 1/2 cups caster sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2 eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 125 g melted butter

Recipe

• 1 mix all ingredients in bowl.
• 2 for chocolate cake substitute 1/4 cup cocoa for 1/4 cup flour.
• 3 in 1 small tin cook for 45 - 50 minutes.
• 4 in 2 tins cook for 20 - 25 minutes.
• 5 ice with your favourite thick butter icing.
