Kahlua Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1/4 cup butter
- 24 ounces baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 cup kahlua
Recipe
- 1 line a 9-inch square pan with foil and grease the foil with 1 t butter; set aside.
- 2 in a large saucepan over low heat, cook and stir the chocolate until melted.
- 3 add in milk and remaining butter; stir until smooth.
- 4 remove from the heat; stir in pecans and kahlua.
- 5 pour into prepared pan.
- 6 cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- 7 using foil, lift fudge out of pan; gently peel off foil; cut fudge into 1-inch squares.
