Kahlua Fudge

Total Time: 2 hrs 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 24 ounces baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 cup kahlua

Recipe

  • 1 line a 9-inch square pan with foil and grease the foil with 1 t butter; set aside.
  • 2 in a large saucepan over low heat, cook and stir the chocolate until melted.
  • 3 add in milk and remaining butter; stir until smooth.
  • 4 remove from the heat; stir in pecans and kahlua.
  • 5 pour into prepared pan.
  • 6 cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • 7 using foil, lift fudge out of pan; gently peel off foil; cut fudge into 1-inch squares.
